What is Best Realtor Gift?
Best Realtor Gift is developing a cash-prize promotion for a selected winning client and their eligible real estate agent. The idea is to give a winning client flexibility for life after closing, with a corresponding agent prize. The first promotion is still in planning.
Is a promotion open right now?
No. Entries are not being accepted, and final rules and dates have not been set. You can create an agent account and prepare property registrations, but neither action enters a promotion.
What can I do in my agent account?
Your account is a place to manage your private profile, save property registrations, and send a support message. A property registration is preparation only. It does not submit an entry for you or your client.
What are the proposed prizes?
The proposed client prize has a $1,000 minimum and a $10,000 maximum. The corresponding proposed agent prize has a $100 minimum and a $1,000 maximum. The planned client-to-agent ratio is 10:1. Exact amounts for an open promotion will be set in its final published rules.
Does every registered agent or client win?
No. The concept is a prize for a selected winning client and a corresponding prize for their eligible agent. Prizes are not guaranteed for every account, property, transaction, or client.
Do I need to buy anything to enter?
No payment is being accepted, and there is no active entry process. A no-purchase entry method will be published with the final rules before a future promotion opens. Account creation today does not constitute an entry.
Who will be eligible?
The first promotion is planned for Texas only. Detailed residency, age, real estate licensing, property-location, and client requirements will be stated in the Official Rules before entries open. Do not assume that creating an account makes you or a client eligible.
When will the first promotion open?
No launch date has been set. Opening and closing dates will be published with the final rules before entries are accepted.
How will a winner be chosen?
The selection and verification process has not been finalized. The published rules for any future promotion will explain how a winner is selected, contacted, verified, and awarded a prize.
Are my profile and property addresses public?
No public member directory or property listing feature is provided. Profiles and property registrations are for private account use. See the privacy notice for information about account data and Wix services.
Does signing up subscribe me to marketing?
Creating an account does not automatically give consent to marketing messages. Any optional marketing choice should be separate. Necessary account messages, such as sign-in and password messages, are different from marketing.
How do I ask a question or get account help?
Use the support form in your agent account. Include enough context to explain the issue, but avoid sending sensitive client or financial information.
