Planning the first promotion.
Best Realtor Gift is developing a cash-prize promotion centered on a selected winning client and their eligible real estate agent. The final rules, start and end dates, detailed eligibility, entry requirements, selection process, and exact prize amounts have not been set.
Texas-only launch. Other states will not be eligible for the first promotion. Specific residency, real estate licensing, property-location, and client requirements will be stated in the Official Rules before entries open.
The descriptions on this website explain a proposed concept. They do not create an active promotion, a guaranteed prize, or a promise that every registered agent or client will receive a gift.
The proposed prize structure.

The planned structure pairs the client prize and agent prize at a 10:1 client-to-agent ratio. These figures are proposed. The final published rules will specify the prizes for any promotion that opens.
A prize would be awarded only to a selected winning client and their eligible agent under those final rules. A registered account, a property registration, a real estate transaction, or an account support message does not qualify anyone for a prize today.
What will be published before entries open?
Before a promotion accepts entries, its rules will need to clearly explain:
- The promotion’s operator and any participating parties.
- Who is eligible for the Texas-only promotion, including residency, licensing, property-location, and client requirements.
- Opening and closing dates, and the applicable time zone.
- How to enter, including a no-purchase entry method.
- The exact prize amounts, prize structure, and any conditions.
- How winners are selected, verified, and notified.
- Any entry limits, claim deadlines, and other material terms.

What you can do today.
You can create a private agent account, manage your profile, save property registrations, and use the support form. This is preparation only.
Creating an account is not entry. Saving a property does not submit an entry for you or your client. No fee, purchase, or payment is being collected. A no-purchase entry method will be available in the published rules before a future promotion opens.
